A seasoned HR leader with nearly two decades of experience driving strategic transformation across multinational organizations
With 20 years of experience across APAC, UK, and the US, I help Women and organisations reimagine and reinvent themselves for the next era of Technology. I’ve built global academies, led business transformations, and designed future-fit leadership frameworks that move the needle.
Outside the corporate world, I’m a passionate sportsperson and adventurer. I love hiking, watersports, and rock climbing, constantly seeking new challenges both physically and mentally. My love for exploring doesn’t stop at sports; I’ve traveled to over 20 countries, soaking up cultures, cuisines, and stories from around the world.
I now live in Singapore, with my incredibly supportive husband and my daughter, who constantly inspires me to see the world through curious, fearless eyes.
Whether I’m coaching leaders in boardrooms, trekking through rugged trails, or sharing stories over a cup of chai, my core belief stays the same: curiosity and courage can unlock any door, personal or professional.
From Agra to Singapore: Rewiring My Own Journey
Born in Agra, with both parents as teachers, my world was shaped by learning and curiosity. My career took me from Delhi’s corporate world to global leadership roles in Singapore, where I led talent management, leadership development, DEI, and sustainability at companies like L&T, Olam, Fluor, Ramboll, and most recently, The Economist Group.
